Woman thinking

Woman thinking  is a beautiful original watercolor drawing on cream-colored paper made by the Italian artist  Ildebrando Urbani  (1901 - 1985).

Realized by a skilled hand, this rapid sketch reveals all its beauty in the freshness and the rapidity of the line.

This modern artwork, representing a seated woman in profile in the typical pose of one who is absorbed in her thoughts, is in excellent conditions, except for some folds of the paper, some dust, and a usual yellowing of the paper at the edges.  A white cardboard passepartout is included (49 x 34 cm).

On the back, the writing in pencil " disegni di Ildebrando Urbani " and the blue-ink stamp on the higher right corner " Arte Storia Collezione Contessa Laetitia Pecci-Blunt ".
