This artwork represents Mussolini and Hitler which created them through confident and deft strokes in black ink, the artist's effort in applying character's features through their expression made it a unique and engaging. Adolf Hallman (1893 – 1968) was a Swedish illustrator who sensibly contributed to Swedish, Danish and Norwegian newspapers and magazines, including Tidens Tegn, Dagbladet, Exlex and Politiken. Among his books is På Boulevard Europa. He illustrated editions of Charles Baudelaire's Fleurs du Mal and Guy de Maupassant's Boule de Suif.
