Ungaretti’s Autograph  is a L.A.S. s. d. (Autograph Letter signed and dated) by  Giuseppe Ungaretti  (Alessandria of Egypt, 1888- Milan 1970) to the Countess Anna Laetitia Pecci-Blunt.

One page, one-sided. In 8°. In Italian.

In excellent conditions, except for some minor signs of the time as the usual yellowing of the paper The original sheet (cm 22 x 16.4)  is glued on a cardboard passepartout, cm 34.3 x 22.7.

With the additional value of an autograph message to the countess by Jeanne Ungaretti by Ungaretti’s wife, Jeanne Dupoix . Signed “Giuseppe Ungaretti” and “Jeanne Ungaretti”. In French.

A greeting letter.

A unique and precious piece, at the same time confidential and with historical value, this letter deals with the project of the departure of the great Italian poet to Brasil (in 1936), and to Argentina.
