This work has been realized by Gaston Pastre (1881 - 1947) a French painter, xilographer and illustrator. Among his other works, he illustrated "Le Livre de demain" (edition Fayard), "Les diaboliques" (Cres, 1921) and Pierre Lot: "Romans Complets", Lafitte 1923.
