Maurice Asselin is famous especially for his female figures, among which numerous nudes, often caught in scenes of maternity, in which he reached rare levels of delicacy, but also for the wonderful landscapes of Brittany , a region of France, to him very dear, where he has often stayed. He also traveled to Italy, in Anticoli-Corrado, a famous town of artists and models in the countryside of the region Lazio, near Rome. After the Italian experience, Asselin also traveled to London, where he exhibited his works in solo shows.
