La Peinture des Sons, Bruits et Odeurs. Manifeste Futuriste. Futurist Manifesto published on August 11, 1913 by the italian futurist painter C. Carrà (Quargnento, 1881 – Milano, 1966). In the "paint of sounds, noises and odors", Carrà underlines the difference between the painting of the past, "the art of silence", and the futurist painting, dynamic like noises and smells. As all the futurist manifestos, it can be considered as a fundamental piece of italian literature in general, as well as one of the most important programmatic document of the Futurist movement.
