Decalogue N°1 is an original artwork realized by Lucio del Pezzo between 1976 and 1978. It is part of "Decalogue", a portfolio of ten sheets, numbered variously from the total edition of 105 pieces (75 Arabic Numbered Edition, XXV in Roman Numerals Edition, 5 Artist's Proofs). The artwork is not numbered. Very good conditions except for some stains on the central figure.

The artwork represents a blue and grey frame inside which there is a collage with the representation of a child. The withe silhouette is stuck on the surface of the sheet and represents Baby Jesus or an angel.
Lucio Del Pezzo (Napoli, 1933) is a popular Italian artist, painter and sculptor. He is the founder of Gruppo 58 , he collaborated with Documento Sud. His works from the period 1958-1960 proposed assemblies of various objects, including fragments of prints and popular images. In 1960 he moved to Paris, then to Milan, where several monographic exhibitions were dedicated.
