Composition

Composition  is an original colored lithograph on paper realized by  Paul Guiramand  in 1979.

Hand-signed on the lower right in pencil and dated.

In excellent conditions.  Very lovely print with lively red and white colors.

Paul Guiramand  (1926-2007) is the most important post-war French painter. He won the  Menton Biennial  and the  Salon des Jeunes Peintres  in 1957. An open-minded artist, he usually traveled in Western Europe and spent time with celebrated artists, such as  Maurice Brianchon.  His artistic production was influenced by French masters, like Matisse and Bonnard. Guiramand's works are characterized by vivid colors and strong brushstrokes.
