Antique French Gold Plated Bronze Shelf Clock is an original decorative design object realized in the XIX century. 

Mercury table clock surrounded by the muse of knowledge on the right side and a column with sphere on top on the left side. In the middle, the mechanism is inserted in a rectangular-shaped decoration, featuring books in relief. The white enamel dial with gilt Roman numerals is delimited by roses. Intricate details in the bellow part, reminiscent of opera’s balcony and demonstrating impressive craftsmanship skills.
