Woman’s Nude

Woman’s Nude is a bronze sculpture, representing a woman, with wooden base. It was realized by Giuseppe Mazzullo in 1944. Signed and dated under the base “ Mazullo 44 ”.

Giuseppe Mazzulo was an Italian artist and sculptor. After graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Perugia (1932), he moved to Rome to teach at first at the Institute of Art and then at the Academy of Fine Arts. The Fondazione Mazzullo, in Taormina, houses art exhibitions and workshops for the preservation of the artist’s work.
