This artwork was realized in occasion of the exhibition by Marco Tirelli held at Galerie Di Meo in Paris in 2006 and titled " Marco Tirelli, Œuvres récentes".

The photolithograph represents one of the artworks realized by the artist and exposed on the occasion of the exhibition. 

Marco Tirelli was born in 1956 in Rome, where he lives and works. His first exhibition took place in Milan in 1978. In 1981, he participated in the Venice Biennale. From that moment, several exhibitions of his works were organized all over the world, from New York to Paris to Tokyo, and he was invited several times to the most prestigious international Biennials, such as Sao Paulo in Brazil, Sidney or Paris. In 1990, he was again present at the Venice Biennale. In 2003, a traveling exhibition was dedicated to him, hosted in several museums. Inaugurated at the Mathildenhöhe in Darmstadt, it ends at the Gallery of Modern Art in Bologna. His works are part of numerous collections of international museums, where he exhibits frequently.
