The Easter

The Easter  is an original tempera on paper  realized by Esy Belluzzi in 1958.

Hand-signed and dated in pencil on the lower right margin: "Esy 58". On the lower right corner, "Pascal Avenue Montaigne" is written in capital letters in pencil.

Mint conditions.

Colored work representing bright decorated eggs on a table. Colored gloves, a subject often represented by the artist in other works, appear all over the artwork. The main feature of this artist is the use of unconventional subjects and colors with a metaphysical style and concept. Her subjects are ofter surrounded by rigid geometrical outlines in pencil that define the composition and delimit them in the space.
