The print represents the caricatures of italian politicians of the XIX century: Antonio Mordini, Piero Torregiani, Giovanni Anselmi, Ignazio La Russa.

On the back, there are their biographies.

Signed  and dated on plate on the lower left:  Manganaro 1872 .
