This is the authentic print, representing a portrait of the President of the New York Central Road and Hudson River railroad, Mr. Depew (1834-1928).  Signed on plate  on the lower right margin with the artist name  Spy

This original  print is referred to as " Spy Cartoons " after Leslie Ward, perhaps Vanity Fair's most prolific and celebrated cartoonist, who usually signed his works " Spy ".

In excellent conditions, with a usual yellowing of the paper.
