Fonda's Autograph

Fonda's Autograph is a black and white postcard,  signed by the American actress Jane Fonda .

On the recto , the b/w photo representing a young  Jane Fonda ,   probably in the 60s, with the writing " Jane Fonda " on the lower left and the original black-ink autograph on the lower margin at the center.

This is a postcard, or " Photocards /Edizioni Beatrice d'Este ", printed in Italy by Arti Grafiche Ricordi S.p.a., Milan, as it is reported on the verso.

In very good conditions, except for some minor defects that do not affect the image: a little stain on the lower left margin on the recto with an imperceptible fold on the higher right corner, and a visible stain on the back.

Jane Seymour Fonda (New York, 1937) is an American film actress and producer, winner of two Academy Awards as best actress in 1972; with A Ring for Inspector Klute and with  Tornando a casa , winner   of six Golden Globes, a BAFTA Award, an Emmy Award and a David di Donatello. In 2017, she was awarded with the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement at the Venice International Film Festival.

This postcard portrays a very young Jane Fonda, during her career debut with the 1960 film  On tiptoe , alongside Anthony Perkins. During the 60s, she acted in numerous successful films, including the dramatic Souls Souls (1962) and The Hunt (1966) by Arthur Penn, alongside Marlon Brando and Robert Redford.
