Isaac Celnikier (Warsaw, 1923 - Ivry-sur-Seine, 2011)  is a painter and printmaker who survived the massacres of the Bialystok ghetto and Birkenau camp. For this reason, he dedicated many of his works to his Holocaust experience. After WWII, he attended monumental art classes with Emile Filla Czech, an avant-garde painter. He then created the group Arsenal . He settled in France in 1957.
