Beige Composition

Beige composition  is an etching and chalcography on paper, realized in the 1970s by the German artist  Hans Richter , published by La Nuova Foglio, a publishing house of Macerata.

This is the master's last graphic work, from a portfolio of seven etchings published by The New Sheet under the supervision of Hans Richer, who signed for each one the " bon à tirer " before his death, which took place in Locarno on 1 February 1976. Due to the disappearance of the master, the engravings were subsequently signed by  Mrs. Frida Richter , who had followed the work together with her husband.

Monogrammed by Frida Richter and numbered in pencil on the lower margin.  Edition of 99 prints .

On the lower left margin of the back, there are the dry-stamp of the publishing house and the black-ink stamp " Estate Hans Richter ".

Enchanting artwork representing an abstract composition, in very good conditions, except for sporadic and little stains on the margins. This print demonstrates the artist's full mastery of this artistic medium.
