Set of 4 Dialogo chairs designed by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for B&B Italia in 1973.

The chairs are made up of a natural ash structure and a seat and back in fiberglass covered in white leather.

The structure recovers the typical Scarpa double easel.

Afra Bianchin (1937-2011) and her husband Tobia Scarpa (1935-) are a famous Italian couple of architects and designers. Their products can be found in many museums all over the world, including MoMa and the Louvre. They were authors of important restoration projects, and since 1966 they have taken care of the furnishing of the stores of well-known Italian companies including Benetton, C&B, Geox and Unifor, Knoll, B&B Italia. They have won a number of awards such as the  Compasso d'Oro  in 1969 to the International Forum Design in 1992.   Their design work consists of architecture and everyday household items including, furniture, clothing, art glass.
