Michel Georges-Michel, pseudonym of Michel Georges Dreyfus, is a painter, journalist, novelist, French translator, born on 3 November 1883 in the 14th arrondissement of Paris, where he died on 31 March 1985. Drawing on the teaching of his masters (Friez and Dufy), he painted some portraits of the painters he frequented, including an oil portrait on Picasso’s profile paper in Vallauris in 1954.
