Yellow Curtain

Yellow Curtain is one of the best works by the artist Giuseppe Zumbolo. It is made on assembled and unraveled canvases, painted in acrylic in 2018.

A hessian and linen cloth assembled together. The different textures of the canvases give the work an important expressiveness. The two lateral parts in jute are like the wings of a stage. The central one painted in yellow and a few calibrated insertions of black create a movement of free forms, like on a stage. An abstract vital force characterizes the work, inducing the observer to rediscover different moods.
