Composition - III is an original coloured lithograph realized by Marino Marini in 1961. Hand signedin pencil in the lower right margin. Good condition except for small signs of foxing and slightly yellowing sheet.

Marino Marini(1901-1980) was an Italian sculptor. He lived in Paris and in Athens. Accustomed to the classical artistic tradition, he then detached from it and drew inspiration from Egyptian and Etruscan art. His research essentially explores the internal structure of form and the organization of space in plastic forms. He won prizes at the International Exposition of Paris in 1937 and at the Venice Biennial in 1952.
