Here the artwork is representing with Expersionistic style, four characters a skeleton in a dialogue with two old men that are sick and doctor, a creature with big eyes that is devil, and placed near skeleton, which is death. the atmosphere is neither sad nor dark, the death seems to find a logical way of speaking with sick man and doctor and they are interestingly hearing him, while the devil is listening too.
