With autograph notes, (place and date of the artwork) in lower margin: "Fait proche de Turin, ce 13 Juin 1744". Numbered on the lower right corner " 367". In good condition except for some stains in the higher part of the artwork, and a normal foxing.

Jan Peeter Verdussen (1700-1767) Flemish painter draftsman and printmaker, best known for his battle scenes or equestrian paintings. But he also painted wonderful landscapes, like in this case, with hunting scenes, gallant companies.
