Plants   is  a beautiful artwork realized by  Jan Peter Verdussen  i n 1740.

pen and watercolour on brown paper. In good codition except for some pencil marks and traces of sealing wax on the back. Dated on the lower margin. T he original plate is mounted on a cardboard passepartout (49 x 34 cm). 

Jan Peeter Verdussen  (1700 - 1763) was a Flemish painter, draftsman and printmaker. He is known mainly for his battle scenes, incidents of camp life and equestrian paintings.
