Sensual Carnival

Sensual carnival  is an original black and white etching on paper, realized by the Italian artist  Maurizio Tognolini.

Monogrammed and dated  on plate on lower right margin and at reverse.

Signed and dated  in pencil on lower left margin.

 Thi contemporary artwork represents a muscular masked standing model who wears a fan at a model in a garter confidentially naked and lying on a sofa. Both are in front of a window, this serves to let in the light that shapes the volumes and enhances the muscles. indeed there is an intriguing alternation of black and whites and volumes, further, emphasise by excellent inking and by lifetime impressions.
