Signed on plate, on lower-right margin.

With the printed capture on lower margin: 
" Pour le commis sans place pour l'artiste sans crédit chez son tailleur l'hiver arrive toujours trop-tôt ".

In good condition with some discoloration on lower margin.

Including passepartout: cm 49 x 34.
