Porta Angelica

Porta Angelica is an original black and white etching on paper, realized by Alessandro Moschetti.

At the top left margin the printed inscription:  "ITALIA" ; top center:  "Roma" ; top right:  " TAV. 102" ; bottom center: "Porta Angelica" ; bottom right: " A. Moschetti inc. ".

This original print was a part of the print suite  "Principali vedute di Roma antica e moderna"  of Roman views, engraved by the Italian master Alessandro Moschetti, published in Rome in 1843.

White cardboard passepartout, cm 34 x 49. 

In excellent condition, full margins, demonstrating a full mastery of the graphic technique.
