Marcello Ercole (1926-2020), present for a long time on the Italian and international artistic scene, starts his career in Paris, Bern and Rome where she trained by attending the studios of the artists of Via Margutta - elected as a city residence of many Italian and foreign artists - and Villa Strohl Fern - villa located within the park of Villa Borghese - where the likes of dCapogrossi worked, Melli, Cavalli just to name a few and which today is remembered as one of the places of the ¿900 artistic and, in particular, of the so-called "Roman school".
