Rider  is an original etching realized by  Gaetano Pompa .

The artwork represents a nude fat figure in the center and the rider in distance on the top right, the artwork is depicted skillfully through strong lines in a well-balanced composition with harmonious colors.

Gaetano Pompa  was born in 1933 in Forenza. After the war, he moved with his family to Rome. From 1958 to 1961, he lived in Munich, where he also carried out an intense artistic activity as a musician. When he returned to Italy, he spent most of his life in Rome. He disappeared in Orbetello in 1998.
