John Chamberlain (1927-2011) was a sculptor who experimented with many techniques and materials. He is known for his sculptures of crushed materials and pieces of metal and steel. During his career, he held 100 exhibitions and retrospectives and his art is represented in all the greatest galleries and museums (like The Tate in the UK, the Guggenheim and the Museum of Modern Art in New York, etc.).
