A very fascinating and enchanting blonde woman is dressed with a long elegant black dress, a fox fur on one shoulder, and pearl earrings. The title of the artwork refers to a dangerous and influential figure of the XX century, the "First Lady " of the Nazi Party in Germany. She was also a  close ally and historical companion, as well as political supporter, of Adolf Hitler.
