Giuseppe Gallo (1954) sculptor, poet, painter and draftsman the artist Giuseppe Gallo learns the importance of the material from his father beekeeper, restorer, architect and painter. Calabrese of origin moved to Rome in 1976 to settle at the former Cerere pasta factory in San Lorenzo where he met numerous other artists. Giuseppe Gallo's works are part of prestigious public collections: the Moma in New York, the Museum Modern Kunst Stiftung Ludwig in Vienna, the Contemporain Midi Pirenées in Toulouse, the Groninger Museum, the Fukuyama Museum of Art, the Biedermann Museum in Donaueschingen and the MART of Rovereto.
