Mogniat-Duclos Bertrand  (1903-1987) is a genre painter, figures, nudes, animated landscapes, still lifes, draftsman.   He settled early in Paris.   He made frequent stays in Italy, notably in Venice.   He also painted landscapes in Paris and in several regions of France.
