The volume from which this work is taken was realized with 50 lithographs in BW and in color by Picasso, Matisse, Van Dongen, Braque, Giacometti, Chagall, Calder, Cocteau, Bonnard, Derain, Léger, Masson, Le Corbusier, Dubuffet, Estève, Delvaux and others. All those lithographs were engraved on stone after letters, drawings, dedications offered by the artist to Fernand Mourlot.
