Divine Wrath  is a splendid drypoint and etching realized by  Riccardo Tommasi Ferroni (1934- 2000)

There are no inscriptions, but the artist’s style is recognizable in the hatching and in the metaphysical, visionary, and surreal subject matter.

The state of preservation is excellent, except for some small ink errors on the edge of the plate.

This artwork shows the beautiful  Baroque Rome  with an animated scene, masterfully engraved by the artist.

On the left, in the background, in a perspectival vision, the beautiful Baroque architecture of St. Agnese in Agone, Borromini’s Church that dominates Piazza Navona in Rome. In the foreground, an animated battle among warriors and dragons, culminating in one warrior (St. George?) piercing the dragon with a sword.

The state of preservation is excellent, except for some small ink errors on the edge of the plate.
