Catherine

Catherine  is a charcoal original drawing on thin ivory-colored paper, realized by a French artist whose signature is not completely readable. 

Signed and dated in pencil on lower right margin.

A  beautiful young lady is portrayed of the profile, with the typical fresh line of the sketches or of the preparatory studies.

In very good conditions, with minor defects at the edges and a darker stripe on lower margin (with little rips and foxing), with a usual yellowing of the paper at the edges. Overall the original drawing is untouched.
