Studies for the Female Figure  is an original artwork realized by the french artist Ginsbourg in 1918. 

Original red pencil on paper.

Hand-signed and dated in pencil on the lower right corner "Ginsbourg 1918". The back of the artwork is also sketched with figures in red pencil.

Very beautiful sketch representing some female figures in different positions and attitudes. The work is fresh and shows a great ability of this artist for the representation of the body. The back of the artwork is also sketched with the figure of a classical dancer and an indian with a traditional costume.
