A Couple is a black China ink original drawing realized on paper by the artist Jeanne Daour (Bucharest,1914-?).
This beautiful original drawing represents a couple of lovers of a certain age discussing something, or with some concern: the elder man with glasses and collar is smoking with folded arms, and the woman is with the typical feminine attitude of listening.
Jeanne Daour was a pupil of the Scandinavian academy in Paris (1930) and of the Colarossi Academy and after of the Fondation Camargue in Cassis, Jeanne Daour exhibited her work at the Salon des Tuileries in 1930and in other Parisian Salons.
