Female Nude from the Back is an artwork realized in 1990 after a drawing by Egon Schiele realized in 1910 ca. The portfolio, that includes 10 lithographs on Japanese paper (various sizes) representing original artworks by Egon Schiele between 1906 and 1918, is from an edition of 600 copies, printed by Reichl & Partner, Vienna 1990 and published by Siedler Wien. Signed and dated on plate.

Egon Schiele (1890-1918) is one of the most representative painters of the last century. His naked bodies, women in natural, sensual and provocative poses and those angular features and light colors - white complexion and red hair - have in fact constituted an aesthetic and conceptual baggage from which every artist to come could not do without. Schiele is a great artist.

And the 300 oil paintings and 2,000 drawings and watercolors are tangible proof of this.
