Stefano Della Bella (17 May 1610 – 12 July 1664)  was an Italian draughtsman and printmaker known for etchings of a great variety of subjects.   Returning to Florence in 1650, he resumed working under the protection of the Medici court, working for his patrons; he creates title pages, illustrations of feasts and views that enhance the Medici splendors. In 1656 he became a member of the Apatistas' Academy. Stefano Della Bella has left us over a thousand engravings.
