Good conditions apart some little tear along the low edge of the original work.
Hand signed by the author in the lower right corner of the artwork.
Alphonse Legros (Dijon, 1837 - Watford, 1911) was a French-British painter, engraver and sculptor. At the end of the Victorian era Legros left a strong mark on the history of drawing in England, and has particularly distinguished himself as a lecturer at University College London.
