Beautiful cabinet card Photographic Group Portrait of the German composer Engelbert Humperdinck (Siegburg, 1854 - Neustrelitz, 1921), here in company of his wife, the librettist Hedwig Taxer (1862 - 1916) and two gentlemen.
On the verso an autograph musical quotation signed, with text, dated Bayreuth 97. Humperdinck pens one bar, presumably from his opera Königskinder (1897).
