Taureau et Chevaux dans l'Arène is an original etching realized by Pablo Picasso in 1933. Hand signed in pencil on lower right margin and dated on plate " Paris 7 novembre XXXIII ". II state on 2 (II/II),  belonging to the Suite Vollard, printed by Lacourière in 1939 for Editions Vollard. Beautiful impression on Motval paper, with Picasso watermark, in wide margins. Excellent overall conditions of sheet. 

The artwork describes the center of an arena in which there are some horses and a bull. The animal's outlines are indistinct, there are numerous spectators around the scene. Picasso dedicated an important series to bulls, arenas and torero's culture and lifestyle.

Pablo Picasso (Malaga, 1881 - Mougins, 1973) was a Spanish expatriate painter, sculptor, printmaker, ceramicist and designer, one of the greatest and most influential artists of the 20th century. With the radical artwork, Picasso earned respect by his technical mastery, visionary creativity and profound empathy.
